ONIONS …i had a hard time deliberating on what to post for this week’s theme, maybe due to the fact that the color lilac or even violet do not exactly top my list of favorite shades. this is why when i noticed these chopped onions on my Beef Burrito from Chipotle[ yum. i tell ya!], i took a quick snap! i wonder why they are called red onions instead of red violet onions ? lol! they are red violet right? that’s not red:]
