Visited the Katella Deli. It is a family favorite. The restaurant is located at 4470 Katella Avenue in Los Alamitos. They have a fine bakery new 3 lunch on site as well as the restaurant and a modest bar. The hours are 7am – 9pm Weekdays 7am – 10pm Friday and Saturday.
The wait was a reasonable new 3 lunch approximation of what the Host indicated. The Host ran off and left us as he was supposed to be seating us. 1st Visit of Waitress I ordered the Barbecue Bacon Burger and a Lemonade with a side of onion rings. My partner ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich with a glass of water with lemon.
Problems were mostly due to the waitress’s demeanor, she seemed rushed and unhappy. The restaurant typically serves bread and pickles as free appetizers, we were offered neither. new 3 lunch We did arrive at 9pm on a Friday night. The restaurant closes at 10pm on Fridays.
