Some time ago I got a recipe book just for pasta. I need was to learn how to prepare pasta at home with this machine I have. We love pasta in all its varieties. Prepare them often, although in most cases after a specific recipe. Well, these penne pasta are not homemade, but the recipe is from the wonderful book I mentioned - "Καλοκαιρινές συνταγές food trailer Ζυμαρικά με λαχανικά και με ψαρικά" ("Summer recipes for pasta with vegetables and fish")
1 cup (17 g) leaf parsley
Prior to preparing all products: Clean and wash the broccoli. With a sharp knife separate "buketchetata" and the rest (stem) cut into thin slices and set apart from "buketchetata" broccoli. Here I want to squeeze it to use the stem of broccoli to the dish, they must be freshly picked. If you buy them are likely to have stayed a few days until they reach the market and therefore the stem is not too lean, then I think it would be better to use only "wrists". food trailer Onion is peeled, washed and cut into pieces. Dried tomatoes were removed from the oil (a part thereof is retained), and, if necessary, be washed (to wash the salt thereof), then cut to pieces food trailer and are returned to the cup in which the oil has less of them. Anchovy fillets also cut. Shred leaves and parsley (pre-washed and dried) and take a reading.
In a suitable pan heat the olive oil. It stifles chopped onion until soft (about 2 minutes). Add the garlic and cut into thin slices stem of broccoli. Mix and after 3-4 minutes add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and anchovies. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, stir and remove from the fire.
In a large pot (enough to hold and pasta) pour water posolava and put on the stove to boil. In boiling water, food trailer blanch "buketchetata" food trailer broccoli. You just have to soften them without Braising. Steamed broccoli is removed from the water with a slotted spoon and in the same water pouring pasta. Boil for about 10-11 minutes.
While the pasta is cooked sauce was prepared: The mixture of the pan are transferred to a blender. Add the mustard, parsley, vinegar and parmesan balsamskiyat. When the pasta boil the water they separated 2 cups, which are added to the blender and blended. Drain the pasta. Optionally, to which this thickish sauce can add 2-3 tablespoons yoghurt or cream cheese and douvkosite salt if necessary.
I (as in most cases) serve it all on the table separately - pasta, sauce, coarsely ground black pepper and blanched broccoli. So everyone can mixes plate macaroni according to their own preferences.
If you decide to form portions before they can deliver, then do so at the bottom of buy (dishes) slazhete pasta. In the middle put the sauce. On it are distributed by blanched broccoli. Sprinkle food trailer with pepper and grated Parmesan if desired. You can arrange with chives.
