Do you know that: you have the feeling, you should once again eat vegetables, but you have absolutely no desire to cook? Just as it happened to me a few days ago. Luckily I still had leftovers home and off we went with the simplest pacha moscow recipe in the world (ok, almost)!
Wash furnace broccoli with lemon broccoli and in larger pieces cut carrots clean quickly and in thicker pacha moscow slices white radish peel and slice all spread on a baking sheet, olive oil and herbs de Provence also give good salt at 170 degrees a good half hour ( Olive oil should not be heated higher) Bake Then squeeze half a lemon over it and a little Parmesan cheese rub Wow, that was soooo good!
